This year, we're introducing a dedicated Youth-Only Pop-Up Market Area — a vibrant space created just for young entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity, talents, and passions. It's more than a booth — it's a platform for kids and teens to shine, connect, and grow. We can’t wait for you to experience the incredible energy and originality this new location brings to our event!
👦👧 Who Can Participate?
Ages 6 to 17 only — This market is specifically for youth vendors. No adult-run businesses, adult products, or proxy sales.
Vendors must make, design, or manage the items or services being sold. This includes handmade goods, digital art, fashion, crafts, photography, original designs, and more.
No resale of mass-produced or adult-provided inventory. This space is meant to showcase youth creativity and initiative.
All youth participants must register in advance and have a parent/guardian’s permission.
A parent or guardian can help with setup and safety, but the youth must be the face of the booth
🚫 Booth Use Restrictions
Your booth is your space – not someone else’s. You may not sell items on behalf of a parent, sibling, or adult-run company.
No commercial signage, logos, or advertising for outside businesses.
No MLMs will be allowed under this vendor type.
Items sold must come from the approved youth vendor — no borrowing booths to sell others’ items.

The cost of participation is $35 per month.
Payments are made only by credit/debit card through our secure payment site. Payment information will be send 3-4 weeks before event date (or sooner).
Apply for any month before the start of the season.
Vendors will be notified soon after their application is submitted if they are selected. Application priority will be the closest event first and then the other events in date order. *If you apply for May in September please note that your application may not be reviewed for some time. If you apply for multiple months, you will get notified of your status for each month separately.
Once an event is full, that date will be removed from the application.
Payments are made each month during the week after the previous market. The payment window lasts 5 days (Monday -Friday) and will have a strict deadline. Payments not sent by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to a waitlisted vendor.
This fee is for (1) 10x10 space. Additional space needed may be offered at an addition cost
Cancellations for any reason 2 weeks before the event will forfeit the full vendor fee. Cancellations before the cutoff date will result in a partial refund.
Applications for each month will remain open until all spots are filled.
