  • After careful review, we have decided to combine all market locations to 1 unified area. As such, vendor spots will not have the same numbers/locations this season.

  • This is an outdoor event and will not be canceled unless there are predictions of extreme weather conditions. There will be no refunds for a rain out. A rain out is considered as follows, no extreme weather was predicted for the day however it ends up raining too much for vendors to complete the day or there are not many shoppers. If extreme weather is predicted (hurricane, tornado, etc.) and we are able to cancel inadvance All vendors including season vendors will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the month's operational costs.

  • Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’ and we have several spaces reserved for food trucks/vehicles. If you need a space that is bigger than 10’ x 10’, please reach out to us for pricing options.

  • Vendors are required to bring their own set up, this includes; tables, chairs, and a tent if they would like. YOUR TENT MUST BE NO LARGER THAN 10’x10’.

  • We require that you have at least 25 pound tent weights on each leg of the tent. This is very important for the safety of our guests, other vendors, and yourself. Vendors without tent weights may be asked to leave without compensation.

  • There is no electricity or Wi-Fi available at this market, so please come prepared.

  • If you plan to use a generator, please make sure it runs at a respectable volume. You should also bring enough outdoor extension cord to place your generator outside the market area. Anyone planning to use a generator must notify us on the application so we can try and place you in a location that is best.

  • We kindly ask that you also share with your followers, tell your local friends, and help get the word out, after you have been accepted and paid your fee.

  • If you use Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, please tag us!

  • Set up and day of information will be sent out no later than a week before the market date.


Monthly Vendors:

The cost to participate as a vendor is $65. This fee is for one (1) 10x10 space. Additional space needed may be offered at an addition cost. Payments are made only by credit/debit card through our secure payment site. Payment information will be send 3-4 weeks before event date.

  • Apply for any month before the start of the season.

  • Vendors will be notified soon after their application is submitted if they are selected. Application priority will be the closest event first and then the other events in date order. *If you apply for May in September please note that your application may not be reviewed for some time. If you apply for multiple months, you will get notified of your status for each month separately.

  • Once an event is full, that date will be removed from the application.

  • Payments are made each month during the week after the previous market. The payment window lasts 5 days (Monday -Friday) and will have a strict deadline. Payments not sent by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to a waitlisted vendor.

  • Cancellations for any reason 2 weeks before the event will forfeit the full vendor fee. Cancellations before the cutoff date will result in a partial refund of $30.
